The Afri Bar Construction Update

We consider the Afri Bar, Afri Resort, and the Afri Plex Community as a novel alternative and first choice destination for entertainment, leisure, recreation, and housing for gay African, African American, Black, and gay men of color with invited Unity Day celebrations for non-men of color as the ultimate gay destination. The Afri Bar curated by Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, operates with an intent and purpose, and over the years while gay America has changed and as gay America is changing, so will not the Afri Bar. 

The negotiations for our proposed location of the Afri Bar have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Ongoing litigation, unfair competition, and social and political unrest are currently impacting the future of the Afri Bar. We are confident that once we prevail in court, the negotiations for our proposed location will resume, and we will begin constructing the Afri Bar.
