These are exciting times in the making of the Afri Bar and we have some new and exciting developments headed our way as we develop new and exciting amenities for our Guest.
On April 11, 2024, Urban Ground Resort, LLC, owner
of the Afri Bar, submitted to Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, a proposal
to convert the Afri Bar Grill Lounge into the Afri Resort Hotel & Spa thereby converting the Afri Bar into an intended accommodating resort for its Afri Bar
patrons and demographic.
Currently, the Afri Bar is a resort styled American restaurant, bar, grill, lounge, and entertainment venue serving cocktails, lunch, dinner, quick bites, premium entertainment and more that operates year round as a commercial gay restaurant and events venue.
Urban Ground Resort, LLC, now proposes converting the Afri Bar into the Afri Resort Hotel & Spa incorporating a two hundred (200) room hotel tower established to promote the recreation, tourism, working, lodging, and travel accommodations of the Afri Bar now proposed as the Afri Resort Hotel & Spa as our current proposal and future intent as the Afri Bar contends that our current operations would continue to operate the same with the inclusion of a resort hotel increasing our offerings and amenities to our Guests and marketed demographics.
In the event should our proposal be rejected Urban Ground Resort, LLC, intends on continuing the operations of the Afri Bar as is without any interruptions to the operations of the Afri Bar.

Notwithstanding our initial debut of proposed
renderings beginning May 1, 2024, due to size, location, limitations, and
capacity, the Afri Bar, LLC, had modified their plans to fit one of several
proposed and desired locations, when on June 21, 2024, the Afri Bar, LLC,
shared proposed renderings of their Hollywood, California location establishing
themselves within the prestigious Hollywood, California region.
Today, the Afri Bar, LLC, is pleased to announce
their second desired location within the prestigious valley known as Las Vegas,
Nevada, as we consider Las Vegas, Nevada a contender making The Afri Bar the
first true Vegas-styled gay resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Within weeks to come the Afri Bar, LLC, is planning
a mass press release highlighting the many opportunities of The

The Shops at Afri is a life, style, and retail destination that awaits would be Afri Guests with a collection of curated food, beverage, shopping, dining, and entertainment within a proposed ten thousand +/- square foot area of the Afri Resort where the style of the Afri Resort meets luxury meets swag at The Shops at Afri.
