We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, when beginning on or around April 29, 2024, we learned that the ability of the Afri Bar and Urban Ground Resort & Residence to post and share via Facebook was being interrupted, and from time to time Urban Ground Resort & Residence and the Afri Bar, owned and operated by Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, may use the World Wide Web, websites, and social media as a form of advertising, marketing, and promotion when on April 29, 2024, we learned that several our advertisements and promotions were not properly disseminated via Facebook for marketing and advertisements I contacted Facebook for an immediate response.
At that time, we were unaware of any restrictions limiting our account and our ability to post, share, and distribute information for the purpose of advertising, marketing, and promotions, when on May 3, 2024, Facebook responded to Urban Ground Resort, LLC, saying “the reason for the restriction is to ensure that users have a seamless and uninterrupted experience without feeling like they are being overly targeted.”
Please be advised Urban Ground Resort, LLC, refutes the response from Facebook and has taken several measures to have our business accounts restored to once again post, share, and distribute information for the purpose of advertising, marketing, and promotions.
